Once I have that, I’ll put together a fixed quote for the project.
Contract & Deposit
Once you’re happy to move forward, I’ll send over a contract covering the project scope, process and payment details.
Your booking is secured once the deposit is paid.
Design & Build
As your website is designed and built, I’ll share private preview links so you can follow progress and give feedback throughout the process.
Website Launch
Once everything is signed off and the final balance is paid, I’ll launch your website and get everything live for your customers.
I handle all the technical details, so you don’t need to worry.
Ongoing Support
After launch, most clients stay with me on a support plan so their website continues to stay secure, updated and well maintained.
If you’d rather manage things yourself, I can hand everything over to you instead.

How much does a website cost?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, larger projects can be split into milestones, with each stage invoiced separately. Work begins once the first milestone is paid, and each stage is completed and approved before moving on to the next.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
You’ll need to provide the key information about your business, your services and any images you’d like to use. I’ll help organise and refine everything so it works well on your website. If you don’t have text or images ready, I can help with that too.
How many revisions are included?
You’ll be able to review the website at each milestone and request revisions along the way. If larger changes or additional features are requested beyond the original plan, these may be quoted separately.
What happens after the website is finished?
After launch, you can either manage the website yourself or choose an ongoing care plan, where updates, backups, security and maintenance are handled for you.
Do you provide hosting and domain names?
Every website needs two essentials: a domain name and web hosting.
Your domain name is your website address (for example, www.yourbusiness.co.uk), while hosting is the service that keeps your website online and accessible to visitors.
I don’t provide hosting directly, but I’ll help you choose a reliable provider and get everything set up properly. Your domain and hosting are always registered in your name, so you stay in full control.
What happens if the project is delayed?
Projects may need to be paused if content or feedback is delayed.
If a project remains inactive for an extended period, it may need to be rescheduled around other booked work.
What is a Support Plan?
A Support Plan includes ongoing updates, backups, security, performance optimisation and general maintenance to keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly after launch.
Do I have to have a Support Plan?
No, you can manage the website yourself if you prefer.
However, websites need regular updates, backups and security monitoring, so many clients choose a Support Plan to keep everything maintained and taken care of.
Can I cancel a Support Plan?
Yes, Support Plans can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, full access to your website will be handed over to you, and responsibility for updates, security, backups and performance will become yours.
What happens if something on my website breaks?
If your website is on a Support Plan, I’ll investigate and fix any issues where possible, and restore backups if needed at no extra cost.
